ACORD's newest Standards Project Group (SPG), The GRLC Technical Design Authority, held its first meeting this week. The Technical Design Authority SPG was created to assess, develop, and establish design principles for extending ACORD Global Reinsurance and Large Commercial (GRLC) Standards to JSON/RESTful implementations.
In their February 8 meeting, members of the Technical Design Authority began their assessment and approval process for upcoming alignment proposals. At launch, the SPG includes representatives from ACORD, Aon, AXA, Acrisure Re, Munich Re, Swiss Re, LIMOSS, PPL, ACORD Solutions Group, msg group, Trace, and Velonetic.
