AllInTent, the insurance industry’s hub for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives, is launching a new video series this fall to spotlight DEIB in insurance.
Hosted by Women in Insurance Initiative Chair Margaret Resce Milkint (Managing Director and Practice Leader, Global Insurance, Diversified Search Group), the video sessions offer insightful conversations with industry leaders who are driving meaningful change for DEIB in insurance.
The first in the series features a conversation with Michele Lamarre, head of diversity, equity, and inclusion at QBE North America, about QBE's diversity initiatives, building a talent pipeline, moving the needle, and working with intention. The video premieres on Wednesday, September 6 at 1:00pm Eastern on AllInTent's YouTube channel.
