ACORD Membership Programs

Forms Pool & Forms Redistribution Programs

ACORD also offers participation options tailored to organizations with a specific interest in licensing and/or redistributing ACORD Forms. For more information, see our Programs & Offerings or contact Member Services.

Advantage Plus Program

The ACORD Advantage Plus Program provides agents and brokers with access to ACORD Forms and resources which increase efficiency and ease compliance. Agency-groups with annual revenue of $1 million or under are able to access individual ACORD Forms through this program. Each subscription entitles you and all employees at a single location to 12 months of access to Advantage Plus forms and services, for use in conducting business in a single state, for an annual fee of $299. Licenses may be separately purchased for additional locations and states.

Big "I" Forms End User License 

Members of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (the Big "I") with an annual group gross P&C revenue under $50 million are eligible for a complimentary license to use ACORD Forms supplied by vendors (for example, through an agency management system). Big "I" member agencies under $1 million in annual group gross revenue may also subscribe to the ACORD Advantage Plus program at a discounted rate. PIA Forms End User License 

Members of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) with an annual group gross P&C revenue under $50 million are eligible for a complimentary license to use ACORD Forms supplied by vendors (for example, through an agency management system). PIA member agencies under $1 million in annual group gross revenue may also subscribe to the ACORD Advantage Plus program at a discounted rate. Before claiming your license, please email PIA at membership@pianet.org and ask them to send your membership contact information and membership ID number to ACORD for membership verification purposes. For more information, contact Member Services.

Paid End User License for ACORD Forms
