ACORD welcomes Ryan Osborn (SVP and CIO, The Cincinnati Insurance Company) and Abel Travis (COO, Utica National Insurance Group) to its Board of Directors.
Ryan Osborn is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cincinnati Insurance, responsible for all IT-related initiatives. He has over 30 years of progressive technology leadership experience, with nearly 26 years at The Cincinnati Insurance Company. Prior to being appointed CIO, he served as Vice President, Director of Shared Services & Architecture, where he led and transformed IT shared services at scale, while also directing the company’s enterprise architecture program.
Abel Travis is the Chief Operating Officer of Utica National Insurance Group, a $2.2 billion insurance carrier based in Central New York. Over the course of two decades in the insurance industry, he has delivered keynotes at major events such as InsurTech Insights and Digital Insurance Summit and contributed to publications like Reuters and The Economist. He also hosts the Insurance Innovators Unscripted podcast, engaging with innovators, influencers, and executives to advance industry thought leadership. Abel previously served on the Board in 2024-2025, representing Brotherhood Mutual.
