ACORD Solutions Group has published a new case study featuring SCOR, highlighting how the global reinsurer digitized the processing of broker and cedent claim advices through its implementation of ADEPT (ACORD Data Exchange Platform & Translator). The case study demonstrates how SCOR extended the benefits of standardized digital messaging to trading partners that prefer to submit claim advices in PDF format, reducing manual processing and improving operational efficiency.
Using ADEPT, SCOR automated the extraction, conversion, and validation of claim data from PDF documents into standardized Claim Movement (CM) and Technical Account (TA) messages. This enabled the organization to integrate non-digital submissions into existing workflows without disrupting core systems or processes.
