New York, NY, June 17, 2026 — ACORD today announced updated terms for its Advantage Plus program, both reducing annual fees and broadening the scope of subscribers’ license to use ACORD Forms. These changes expand insurance agencies’ access to the industry’s widely recognized standard forms, which support efficient, compliant operations across the independent agent community.
Effective immediately, the subscription cost for the ACORD Advantage Plus program has been lowered to $259 per year, with a discounted annual rate of $199 for eligible members of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (Big “I”) and the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA).
ACORD is also expanding the Advantage Plus license to cover all of an organization’s employees, regardless of location; as well as business conducted across all US states and territories. This allows agencies to fully leverage their ACORD Forms subscription no matter where their colleagues and customers are located, for the cost of a single license.
The Advantage Plus program is designed to provide smaller agencies with affordable access to ACORD Forms and related resources, enabling streamlined workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance. Subscribers receive access to enhanced fillable and static ACORD Forms, Form Instruction Guides (FIGs), and Forms Notification updates, along with the ability to search, filter, and download forms through the ACORD Forms Portal. The Advantage Plus program is available to agency-groups with annual revenue below $1 million.
