New RNAIG Co-Chairs lead the way in the New Year
Sergio Ibanez, who led the Ruschlikon Implementation North America Group (RNAIG) for many years, has stepped down as RNAIG Chair. Sergio brought an outstanding passion and dedication for digitising the (re)insurance administration to the RNAIG, and we have seen a significant increase of messages exchanged and onboarding of new industry partners within the North American market. While it is always tricky to hand over so much knowledge, we’re happy to announce that he will continue to attend as a RNAIG member, representing Starr Insurance, bringing the insurance perspective to the group.
