Standardised digital messaging volumes have increased 7 times in less than a decade
We officially closed the 2025 year by consolidating the eMessaging volume figures for accounting, claims, financial handling and post-placement processes. The Ruschlikon community is pleased to report that more than 13 million messages were exchanged among major industry partners — representing a more than sevenfold increase compared to 2017. The significant increase seen in 2025 results from brokers rolling out additional entities with known and new industry partners.
