ACORD has received the Technology Collaboration of the Year award at Insurance Post’s BITA ceremony. The award was given for ACORD’s collaboration with global insurance giants AXA XL and Marsh in advancing more efficient and accurate data exchange across reinsurance, large commercial, and specialty sectors.
These sectors have long faced challenges from fragmented data systems, resulting in manual re-entry errors, processing delays, and high operational costs due to multiple data transformations. By adopting ACORD GRLC Data Standards and implementing them through ACORD Solutions Group’s ADEPT platform, AXA XL and Marsh enabled seamless straight-through processing between brokers and carriers.
