LONDON, UK, January 27, 2022 – Sutton Special Risk, a specialist niche wholesale insurance broker, today announced that it will be leveraging the next-generation digital solutions of ACORD Solutions Group, the industry-owned extension of ACORD, the global standards-setting body for the insurance industry. As part of this strategic partnership, Sutton Special Risk will implement ACORD Solutions Group’s ADEPT.
ADEPT (ACORD Data Exchange Platform and Translator) is a platform for real-time data exchange, translation, and transformation that links trading partners across the insurance ecosystem. ADEPT offers Sutton Special Risk access to a broad set of data exchange use cases, including for ACORD Global Reinsurance and Large Commercial (GRLC) EBOT/ECOT messages and integration to placing platforms.
Sutton Special Risk will also utilise ACORD Conductor, an integrated component of ADEPT, to automate its Accounting & Settlement and ECF transactions into the London Market bureau. ACORD Conductor will also enable Sutton Special Risk to send and receive documents directly through its service, eliminating the need to do so manually.
