Over recent years, the Ruschlikon North America Implementation Group (RNAIG) has been very successful in rolling out Ruschlikon processes within the market. During 2021, more broker and reinsurer entities joined the group. At this point, almost all business partners have been upgraded to the 2016-10 ACORD GRLC standards, or plan to in early 2022.
