The deadline and entry form for 2016 ACORD Awards submissions will be posted in the first quarter of 2016. Please check this page for updates.

  1. Complete an entry form to provide information about your ACORD Award submission.
  2. Upload supporting documentation detailing the Award submission for ACORD staff and judges to review and validate. See the criteria document for documentation requirements, acceptable formats and instructions.


ACORD is a not-for-profit entity. There is no application fee to participate in the ACORD Awards; however, successful applicants should expect to incur some costs, including staff time and travel expenses to attend an ACORD event to receive the Award. ACORD Award recipients will receive positive exposure via ACORD’s communications channels.
