Forms Redistribution Subscription (Pure Captive Carriers)

The Pure Captive Insurance Carrier Forms Redistribution Subscription is intended for captive insurance companies, operating outside of the commercial insurance marketplace, who want to be able to redistribute ACORD Forms and eForms.

Pricing & Eligibility

The per-term fee is $5,000. This program is open solely to captive insurance companies that are operating outside of the commercial insurance marketplace, have one corporate owner, and insure only the risks of the parent organization and/or its subsidiaries.
