ACORD seeks to provide the insurance industry and related financial services industries with a structured and
cooperative process to create data standards that facilitate data and information exchange in support of eBusiness strategy. ACORD's mission includes development, maintenance and distribution of the highest quality data standards and standardized forms along with training and tools to assist in their implementation.
