Important note about insurance claims
ACORD is not an insurance company and does not process claims or provide insurance coverage of any kind. ACORD only creates the blank forms your insurer uses. You must contact your insurance company or your agent directly for all claims.
How to identify who to contact about your claim:
- On your automobile insurance card, look for the field that says Agency or Company.
- On an ACORD Form such as a Certificate of Insurance, look for the field that says Producer at the upper left.
