An overview of the newly released Global Net Settlement standard for the GRLC community. The Net Settlement process is an alternative to the process whereby parties transfer funds to each of their partners individually. The Net Settlement process allows a number of eAccounting parties to engage with a central system that brings together information regarding amounts due between all of the parties involved (as established by the EBOT process), and which then determines the net amount due to or from each party, and supports the transfer of the funds for these net amounts.
