The Insurer Innovation of the Year Gold award was given to FM Global in recognition of the company’s innovative transition to remote services during the pandemic, with Silver going to Markel UK and Bronze to Policy Expert. Churchill Insurance won for providing the Best Digital Customer Experience, an accolade based on a study conducted annually by ACORD.
The ACORD Digital Customer Experience Study evaluates the digital insurance shopping landscape, identifying the top websites based on measurable criteria around user experience, functionality, and underlying strategy.
