Forms Redistribution Program

The Forms Redistribution Program provides electronic files that enable enrollees to utilize copyrighted ACORD forms within their solutions or on their web sites.

Membership Qualifications

ACORD Forms Redistribution Program participation is open to:

  • Those companies that include copyrighted ACORD Forms in their software solutions.
  • Those companies provide ACORD Forms on the Internet to their customers.

Program Benefits

As part of the program, you receive:

  • Toolkit containing PDF, Postscript, HP3, meta and coordinate file versions of ACORD Forms.
  • Access to download and print blank ACORD Forms and Forms Instructions from the ACORD Web site.
  • Access to ACORD staff for answers to Forms-related questions.
  •  ACORD acting on your behalf as an forms advocate, communicating with state insurance departments to ensure Forms compliance to regulatory requirements.

 

Annual Assessment: Property & Casualty

For ACORD P & C Members (Agencies, Brokers, Broker/Dealers) and Associate Members
The annual assessment is $5,000.

For ACORD P & C Members (Insurers, Reinsurers)

The annual assessment is $7,500.
