In January 2009, more than 200 of the most widely used ACORD forms will be available as eForms, with improved features and capabilities. Agents/Distributors/Brokers
Advantage Program (Non-member)
The Advantage Program offers agents, brokers and distributors access to the latest ACORD forms in either a static PDF format that can be printed, pre-printed (P&C), or an enhanced fillable format that can be completed on-screen. For more information about the Advantage program click here.
Forms Redistribution Program (Non-member or Member)
The Forms Redistribution Program is for those who wish to include ACORD Forms in their software or provide ACORD Forms on the internet for download. For more information about the Forms Redistribution program click here.
Agents, brokers and distributors may become ACORD members in one of the following programs:
Insurers/Reinsurers
ACORD Forms Pool (Non-member and Member)
Property & Casualty insurance carriers who want to use ACORD forms or distribute them for use with their agents can join the ACORD Forms Pool program.
The Forms Pool is a cost-effective alternative to creating, maintaining and filing carrier-specific forms. Revenues from the ACORD Forms Pool enable ACORD to provide benefits to carriers including:
- Development of the forms library
- Forms maintenance, including compliance with state regulations
- Form filing on the carrier’s behalf where necessary
ACORD members who only need access to specific forms may also join the Forms Pool program. If a solution provider sells a product that includes ACORD Forms to a carrier, the carrier must participate in the Forms Pool to receive a copyright license for the forms.

ACORD Single Library Rate (Member)
The Single Library Rate includes full access to all ACORD Property & Casualty/Surety forms, along with ACORD membership. For more information about P & C membership programs click here.
Solution Providers
Forms Redistribution Program (Non-member or Member)
The Forms Redistribution Program provides solution providers with electronic files and a redistribution license that enables them to incorporate ACORD Forms into their software.
If a solution provider sells a product that includes ACORD Forms to a carrier, the carrier must participate in the Forms Pool to receive a copyright license for the forms. Vendors may not participate in the Forms Pool, because Forms Pool fees support the development of forms, which ultimately affects the business of insurance.

Associate Membership (Member)
Any solution provider or vendor user group may also join ACORD as an Associate Member. Associate Members receive discounts on the Forms Redistribution license. For more information about Associate Membership, click here.
