Description: This is the primary business working group for the program. All day-to-day maintenance requests and standard development processes through this group. The group’s high level priorities for this year include: Commercial Motor (Fleet), Claims, and possibly some personal lines, e.g. Home and Personal Motor. Benefits of Participation: Participation in this working group gets you a voice and a vote in the data required for a standard way to do both policy placement, but also claims business transactions one way.
