Annual Conference

Case Studies
ACORD works with our membership to develop case studies focused on the implementation of ACORD standards to help support our membership and drive implementation. These case studies recognize and highlight our member's implementations and offer joint marketing opportunities. Read Case Studies

Certification
ACORD certifies member implementations of ACORD Standards. ACORD certification programs ensure that the standards are implemented accurately and meet the standard's specification. ACORD members receive certificates of ACORD certification and can publish their certification results within their marketing materials and on their website. More...

Discussion Groups
ACORD hosts discussion databases, both public and secured, that foster the exchange of ideas about standards and issues that impact the daily business of the industry. The majority of these pertain to our working groups and can be explored through our comprehensive Working Groups listings.

OARS (Implementation Reports)
The Standards Capabilities and Implementation Reports provide a view of the insurance industry's adoption of ACORD Standards. These reports detail industry use of ACORD XML and EDI standards. They also profile the leaders in standards adoption and serve to help our members identify solutions that use standards as well as identify trading partner opportunities to use standards-based business transactions. Implementation Support
ACORD provides implementation support to members involved in the implementation of any of ACORD's standards. At times, ACORD will pursue implementation campaigns that will provide expanded support.

Standards Atlas
ACORD provides and maintains a Standards Atlas that identifies standards organizations whose business messages intersect with or duplicate ACORD Standards. The Standards Atlas is a tool and reference guide our members use to define a strategy, facilitate the linking of different standards to support straight-through processing, and manage their standards implementation.

Standards Management
ACORD facilitates a standards development and maintenance process. We are committed to publishing our work as open standards. ACORD members take an active role in prioritizing, developing, maintaining, adopting and managing standards. All members have the opportunity to review, comment and vote on standards proposals.

Training
ACORD conducts workshops and seminars to educate members about the definitions and technologies behind the ACORD Standards and various approaches to implement the standards at significantly reduced member prices. These services are also available to non-members at a higher non-member price. More...
