ACORD membership is a strategic
decision that positions your organization to enhance your business
strategy through the participation, development and implementation
of industry standards based on your business needs and
priorities.
Membership assures your company an active voice in the prioritization, development,
maintenance and management of ACORD Standards for P&C/Surety including personal, commercial, specialty and surety lines, and reinsurance. Joining ACORD as a member also provides participation in ACORD standards direction as well as governance matters, this includes voting for Board of Directors, potential Global Steering Committee membership, and the opportunity to submit names for the Property & Casualty/Surety Standards Steering Committee. The ACORD Standards Committee and Property & Casualty/Surety
Standards Steering Committee provide leadership and direction
regarding strategy, priority and resourcing for development
of the ACORD Standards.
For information
about specific ACORD P&C
