The ACORD Forms Pool Program provides insurance
companies with standard forms that meet all regulatory requirements
for the U.S. property and casualty market. Forms Pool Program enrollment
has proven to be a cost-effective alternative to the creation,
printing, and warehousing of custom proprietary forms.

Annual
Assessment
The annual program assessment is based on the direct premiums written
by an insurance company in the applicable lines of business in which
the group of ACORD Forms are used. ACORD members receive a 35% discount
