Associate Membership Program

 

ACORD membership is a strategic decision that positions you to define/enhance your business strategy through the participation, development and implementation of industry standards based on your priorities.

Your peers in the industry are actively participating, developing and implementing the standards. ACORD membership provides access to a range of ACORD Standards and Member Services and Members' Only access to key information to assist in the implementation of the standards.

Membership assures your organization an active voice in the prioritization, development, maintenance and management of ACORD Standards for Property & Casualty/Surety, Life, Annuity & Health, and Reinsurance & Large Commercial. Through ACORD's Standards Process your organization can collaborate with underwriters, distributors, other solution providers, user groups and other related organizations (including Third Party Administrators and standards organizations) to define standards specifications in response to industry needs.

  • Industry recognition as an e-Business leader:
    • eligibility for annual ACORD Awards and certification of standards, achievements that your organization can market to attract and expand trading partner relationships. Membership, awards, certification and implementation status is published for our membership, and is often used as marketing collateral by the membership.
