Agents Get New Standards Input Mechanism

At the November Subcommittee general session, Mike Bergstein, ACORD board member and vice president of The Capacity Group, announced the formation of the ACORD Agent Resource Group (AARG), a new means for agents to have a voice in the ACORD process. AARG's goal is to provide agent knowledge and business expertise at the appropriate point in the standards process, which most often is at the working group level.
         
AUGIE Agency Survey Results Available for Download

The AUGIE Agency Survey was launched on January 2, 2002. During the seven weeks it was online nearly 9,000 agency personnel from principles to producers to CSRs went on the web and took the survey.
