Attendee Registration

If you are already registered on the ACORD site:

1. Click here to access the ACORD Implementation Forum 2008 Event Registration.
   Don't see the page? Copy and paste the following URL into your browser - http://myacord.acord.org/EventReg/Register.aspx?EventCode=AIFOCT2008
2. Sign in and log onto the site.
3. Complete the fields.
   Please note, you must answer all of the questions listed as mandatory (*) in order to complete registration
4. When completed, your registration selections will be displayed.
   Please print this form as it serves as your receipt.

If you are NOT registered on the ACORD site:

1. Go to www.acord.org
2. Click on "Register"
3. Complete the registration process.
4. You'll receive an email confirmation of your registration on the site.
5. Follow steps 1-4 above.
