John Leonard, Chairman of the Board President & CEO Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Company (MEMIC)
John Leonard is President and CEO of MEMIC, based in Portland, ME, and MEMIC Indemnity Company, with offices in Manchester, NH. He began with MEMIC in 1993, the company's first year, after a lengthy career with The Travelers, where he led the Commercial Lines Agency Marketing and Underwriting Division. He is a former President of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) and Chairman of its Executive Committee. Leonard is also the current Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) and is a member of its Compensation and Nominating/Governance Committees. Previously, he served as a member of the National Workers' Compensation Reinsurance Pool Board. Currently, he also sits on the Boards of Directors of MEMIC, MEMIC Indemnity Company, the Maine State Chamber of Commerce and the Pine Tree Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He received the Distinguished Citizen Award presented by the Pine Tree Council in 2001, and in 2003 was inducted into the Maine Business Hall of Fame. In addition, he serves on the Board of the American Society of Workers' Comp Professionals, Inc. (AMCOMP). He was the 2008 recipient of the Legends Award conferred on him by this organization.

Lawrence Blakeman, Vice-Chair Outside Director
Lawrence (Larry) E. Blakeman served as senior vice president and chief information officer in MetLife's Information Technology Group supporting the U.S. Business organization. In 2007, he was appointed senior vice president and chief information officer of Individual Business IT where he led information technology and operations for MetLife's Individual Business organizations. In 2008, he assumed the additional responsibility for the Auto & Home organization bringing together all IT support for the Retail business under his leadership. In 2006, he took on responsibility for MetLife's enterprise data management and enterprise architecture functions. Larry joined MetLife in 1996 as a vice president and client relations executive in the business services group, responsible for providing IT services and support to the financial management organization. In 1998, he took on responsibility for enterprise-wide financial systems, as well as responsibility for support of Institutional Business and Individual Business financial systems. He assumed additional responsibility for corporate actuarial systems and the enterprise reporting group in 2000. |

Gregory Maciag President & CEO ACORD
With almost 40 years of industry experience, more than 30 at ACORD, Greg has developed a broad knowledge and understanding of the role technology plays in the global insurance marketplace today. He joined ACORD in 1977 and served in various roles including Vice President of Automation, Corporate Secretary & Treasurer and Executive Vice President prior to being appointed President in 1994. Greg led the expansion of ACORD to serve the Life & Annuity segment of our business followed by the merger with WISe in London and Brussels that added global participants focusing on large commercial lines and reinsurance, including the London Market. During his tenure, membership and participation increased dramatically. He was a technology columnist for many years and the author of two books, "The Real-Time World" published in 2009 and "The Business Information Revolution" published in 2005. He is the principal advocate of industry standards, the host of many videos and publishes a personal blog linked to the ACORD website. Prior to joining ACORD, he held Operations and Systems positions with Chubb and the National Council on Compensation Insurance, where he began his insurance career after graduating from Upsala College. |

Steve Betts Global Chief Information Officer Aon Corporation
Steve Betts is Aon Corporation’s Chief Information Officer. As CIO, Steve is accountable for creating and executing Aon's technology vision to maximize the company's businesseffectiveness. His strategic agenda is focused on making Aon's products more competitive, improving productivity for Aon colleagues and streamlining IT processes. Steve is responsible for delivering a full range of technology services, from application development to core infrastructure, across Aon and the more than 4,000 colleagues and contractors supporting them globally. Sal Branca Chief Operating Officer, Global Reinsurance Division Senior Vice President, Regulatory Reporting and Premium Audit Chartis Insurance
With 30 years experience at Chartis Insurance, Sal Branca is currently Chief Operating Officer of Global Reinsurance and Senior Vice President of the Regulatory Reporting and Premium Audit Divisions. Sal is responsible for Reinsurance Business Process, Systems and Expenses, as well as, the quality and timeliness of US Regulatory Data Reporting, and a staff of 300 Auditors responsible for insured premium audit services and compliance. A member of the Chartis’ Investment Decision Board, Sal is one of several senior executives responsible for approving funding for strategic system initiatives. Sal is also a member of the Chartis Enterprise Data Management Steering Committee currently charged with optimizing solutions and improving the efficiency of global data management. Sal is currently leading a Workers Compensation Predictive Modeling initiative charged with improving the efficiency and performance of the Worker Comp line of Business. Prior to current responsibilities, Sal has held numerous management positions of increasing responsibility including: Domestic Internal Audit Director , SVP of Finance and Operations - the New Hampshire Insurance Company and SVP Business Process Planning. Externally, Sal has served as Vice Chair of the Pennsylvania and California Workers Compensation Governing Boards and is currently serving on the Massachusetts Workers Compensation Governing Board. He has also served on various ISO, IAIABC and NCCI Industry committees.

Jeremy D. Cooke, Global Head of Market Relationship Management Marsh, Inc.
Jeremy D. Cooke is Global Head of Market Relationship Management at Marsh, Inc., a position he took up in March 2008. Previously, he was Managing Director & Senior Adviser at Marsh as Market Relationship Management Leader for London and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also currently serves on the Board of LIIBA. Mr. Cooke began his career as a Lloyd's broker with Sedgwick Collins, later to become part of Marsh. Mark Esposito is the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President accountable for enterprise architecture, data, service management and infrastructure for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc., (NYSE: HIG). David Findley, Immediate Past Vice–Chair Outside Director
David Findley has served as Vice-Chair of ACORD's Board of Directors in 2010. In the past, he served as the Chief Operations Officer Property/Casualty Insurance Operations at Travelers. He joined Travelers in 1968 as a commercial lines underwriter in Ottawa, Canada. In 1971, he transferred to New York City and later to the Hartford home office. In Hartford, he held several commercial lines positions responsible for a variety of accounting, policy and loss processing operations before being named senior vice president in 1998. |

Andy Fogarty Outside Director
Andy began his career at IBM as a marketing representative to Life and P&C insurers and then as a special insurance representative throughout the Midwest, working with insurers on policy processing systems. He became an IBM Marketing Manager before joining Ohio Casualty Insurance Company in 1970 as Vice President to manage the expansion of their Information Systems Department. During a period when emphasis was being placed on the integration of agency systems interface into the personal lines processing networks, Andy initiated the integration of agency interface into Ohio Casualty's personal lines systems, as well as Download, and he championed the development of an automated Commercial Lines Processing System, one of the first multi-commercial lines new and renewal systems in the industry. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1988, a position he held until retirement. He has served ACORD throughout his career, ascending to the chair in 1994. Now retired, Andy maintains a strong relationship with independent agents through his work with AUGIE (ACORD User Groups Information Exchange). He now serves on the Executive Committee of the ACORD Board and is the Board Liaison to the ACORD Standards Committee and the 2020 Advisory Committee. |

Alessandro Iuppa Senior Vice President, Government & Industry Affairs Zurich
Alessandro Iuppa joined Zurich as Head of Government and Industry Affairs (GAIA) for General Insurance and as Chief Government Affairs Officer, North America in January 2007. Based in Washington, DC, he represents Zurich's interests with governmental and industry bodies at the federal and state levels in the United States, as well as globally for general insurance. As Head of GAIA for General Insurance, he is responsible for managing the analytical and strategic review of public policy issues affecting Zurich's general insurance operations globally. Previously, he served as Maine's Superintendent of Insurance from 1998 through 2006, where he was an active participant on insurance issues at both the national and international levels. In 2005, he served as President-elect of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and in 2006 as President. He has also served as Chair of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS), representing the United States from 2004 through 2006 and is a recognized expert on public policy issues related to insurance supervision and has made numerous presentations to such bodies as the US Congress, European Commission, Geneva Association, Financial Stability Forum and the OECD. |

Sue Langley joined Lloyd's in July 2007 and is Director of Market Operations. She is responsible for all market modernisation programmes. Previously, Sue was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Executive team for the Hiscox Group. Prior to joining Hiscox, Sue was a Principal Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, specialising in change management and worked with a range of Companies. She moved to PwC from Thomson Tour Operations. Dennis Mahoney Chairman Sciemus
Dennis Mahoney is Chairman of specialty managing general agency Sciemus. Previously, Mahoney served as Chairman of Aon Global until his retirement from that position in May 2009. His prior role had been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aon Limited, responsible for the overall coordination of all the Aon operations located in the UK. Dennis was also a member of Aon Corporation's Policy Committee, which met monthly. Keith Savino Director National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA)
Keith currently serves as COO for W.R.G., a regional insurance agency/brokerage with roots dating back to the 1800's. He is an active participant in the promotion of the ACORD standards process through his work and position on the Leaders Council for AUGIE (ACORD User Groups Information Exchange) and participates on the ACORD 2020 Advisory Committee. He also chairs the ACORD Professional and Specialty Lines Workgroup, and serves on numerous committees. Keith is the ACORD Liaison to PIA National. He is President of the Professional Insurance Agents, New Jersey (PIANJ), and a two-time recipient of their Director of the Year award (2002 and 2005). Markus Schmid Member of the Group Executive Board and Head of IT Swiss Re
Markus Schmid was appointed to Swiss Re's Executive Board in February 2008 as Head of IT. He joined Swiss Re in 2001 as Chief Information Officer and Executive Team Member of the Property & Casualty Business Group. His main focus was on managing the global implementation of the P&C application landscape. He fostered the development of a global approach to the operational steering of Swiss Re's P&C business and initiated the implementation of a global IT business support organization on the basis of the ITIL framework. In 2005 Markus was assigned responsibility for Swiss Re's Client Markets & Products related business application architecture including Life & Health, Property & Casualty, AdminRe and Commercial Insurance business. He also played a crucial role in integrating the former Insurance Solutions' IT into Swiss Re's global IT organization, while completing the successful rollout of the global business application architecture. |

Robert Slocum Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA)
Bob Slocum entered the insurance business at the age of 16 as a bookkeeper in his family's insurance agency. At the age of 18, he received his broker's license and began selling insurance while attending college. After graduation, he completed the Aetna Home Office Sales Course and began to pursue the CPCU and CIC designations. Bob has served as a teacher and instructor since entering the industry in 1975. He has also been actively involved in a wide variety of industry activities and has represented his peers in many capacities as an agent leader. Bob currently serves on the AUGIE Leaders Council, is an IIABA Virtual University Committee Member, is a Member of the Governors Insurance Council, and is a Member of Peerless Insurance Company National Agent's Advisory Council. He has also served as National Chairman of Agents Council for Technology (IIABA's ACT) (2003-2007), Chairman of IIARI Automation Committee (1994-2007), and Chairman of the Peerless Agents Advisory Council for Technology (2005-2007) among many other positions throughout his career. |

Achim Stegner Head of Central Division: Global Architecture Munich Re
Dr. Achim Stegner joined Munich Re in October 2000 as an Assistant Manager in the Central Division: Controlling until April 2001. He became an assistant to the Board of Management in May 2001. He then became head of CFO Planning and Coordination from March 2004 to April 2008. Since May 2008, he has been head of the Central Division: Global Business Architecture. Achim earned his degree in business studies in February 2000 after working as a research assistant at the University of Bayreuth. |
