David currently sits as a Board of Advisor for the NIST Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory. Mele Fuller has over 28 years experience in the insurance industry, the last 20 in agency interface and industry standards with AGENA Corp (now AMS, Inc.) and Safeco Insurance Company. Today, she is a member of the Safeco Partner Integration Team that is responsible for defining strategic direction in all outward facing electronic interfaces. Mele is additionally responsible for relationships with all third party interfacing partners. She has been an active participant in the development of the ACORD Standards for 18 years, having worked directly on AL3 standards as well as the personal lines, claims and surety XML standards -- and mostly recently ACORD P&C XML V2.0. She has chaired numerous ACORD committees and currently is a member of the ACORD P&C Steering Committee, chairing the Implementation Sub Committee. Mele is a past member (2001) of the RIMS Technical Advisory Council (TAC).

Monique re-joined ACE in March 2005, and over the past twenty years has held marketing and data management positions at various carriers and brokers in the USA and Europe including Mutual of Omaha, CIGNA International, Aegon, Zurich and the European subsidiary of AON. She started her career as an insurance broker. Monique has been continually active in the insurance industry throughout her career and, as a member, held leadership roles on a number of committees and spearheaded many initiatives for ACORD and for other industry entities.

In this position she is responsible for the enterprise Data Competency Center (DCC) and the Usability Competency Center (UCC). The DCC includes accountability for corporate data architecture, data modeling, and development of data services, business intelligence, and enterprise content management. The UCC includes user-centric design and the usability lab. Donna has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry in a variety of systems roles including account relationship management, portfolio management, design and development.

Matthew Josefowicz is the manager of Celent's global insurance group. Mr. Josefowicz s research focuses on e-business, IT infrastructure, and IT management strategies for insurers, as well as general industry trends. He is the primary author of Celent's annual insurance CIO survey, and has written and presented extensively about the importance of data as a strategic asset. His recent consulting work involves advising CIOs and IT planning teams on issues ranging from multi-national IT strategy to vendor selection. He has been widely quoted in both the mainstream and insurance trade media, and is a frequent presenter at industry conferences. Prior to founding the insurance practice at Celent, Mr. Josefowicz was an in-house e-financial services analyst at D. E. Shaw & Co, LP. He graduated magna cum laude from Brown University.

T. N. Prakash is currently the Bureau Chief for the Bureaus of Financial Responsibility and Driver Improvement in the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles in Florida. He worked in Senior Management level positions in multi-national corporations in India from 1971 through 1981. He entered the USA on scholarship and worked as a private consultant until 1986 when he joined an Economic and Research Consulting firm in Tallahassee. In December 1989 he joined the State of Florida. After 8 years in the Division of Motor Vehicles, he joined the Division of Driver Licenses in the Bureau of Financial Responsibility. Since September 11, 2001, his responsibilities have increased where he has an integral part in assisting his Senior Management with formulating policies dealing with immigration issues related to determining lawful presence for obtaining a driver license or an ID card.

Before joining TowerGroup, Deb was a partner at KPMG LLP, where she launched an IT consulting practice specializing in the assessment and management of IT risks, such as security, privacy, project management, IT alignment, and IT financial controls. She led the delivery of IT risks assessments for over 100 insurance companies reviewing overall IT readiness, alignment, and effectiveness.

Jim Walker currently supervises the Life Forms section staff in the Bureau of Life and Health Product Review of the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. He has been actively involved in the Interstate Compact standards development since its inception and presently serves on the Life and Annuity product teams. He has helped develop, implement and oversee the operations of the Multi-State Review Program - a single point of filing for annuity products with a single set of policy standards - for product review by six states (Florida, Texas, California, Georgia, Louisiana and Nevada) and the District of Columbia. Presently, Jim is working to add life insurance product standards by the start of 2007 to the Multi-State Review Program. Jim Walker began worked for the Florida Department of Insurance from 1982 to 19 84 as a Claims Processor for the Bureau of Rehabilitation and Liquidation before entering the life insurance industry where he served as an agent, agency manager, and life company regional supervisor in Miami and Jacksonville. He went on to receive his CLU designation in 1987. In 1996 he returned to The Department of Insurance, now the Office of Insurance Regulation, as an insurance analyst.
